Your only job is to remember. Say whatever comes, even the small things: a smell, a song, a name. Stop for a break whenever you like. Think of it as journalling out loud, with no blank page.
At the studio, or from home
Come to our studio in Kolkata, or dig online over video. For a Dig online, all you need is a laptop, a good microphone and a steady internet connection.

Read your Engrams in the Dig app. Fix a name, add a photo, record a short voice note.
More memories often come back over the next few days. When one does, open your Dig and add it.
As your Engrams fill in, a story may start to show. The app tells you how close it is.

Storify
If a story is there, shape it. That’s Storify.
A story coach spots what is missing and asks a few questions: who was there, what changed. Answer what you can.
When you have nothing more to add, the coach writes it up as a story script.
